Privacy Policy concerning Presence APP

provided pursuant to art. 13 of the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)

 

This Privacy Policy is provided exclusively for the Presence application and not for any other websites through which, for example, the User should access or use the application.

 

Data Controller

The owner of the processing of personal data is Saidea srl, Via Kufstein 5, 38121 Trento (TN) e-mail saidea@saidea.it.

 

Personal data collected

The services provided by the App, as well as its features and functions, do not require any form of user registration. We point out, however, that the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the App [such as, for example, Apple store, Google Play or Microsoft Store] acquire, during their normal operation, some data however referable to the User whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols, smartphones and devices used. This category of data includes, by way of example but not limited to, the geographical location, the identity of the telephone, the User’s contacts, e-mail, and credit card data. Presence app collects the following data:

• Camera feed to scan the QR code identifying the activity being
• NFC data to read the tag ID identifying the activity being
• File system to store activity data in case of a network error or if there is no available data
• GPS position detected while performing the activity, if the user allowed the
• Device’s time and date while performing the
• Device settings for Mobile Data and GPS (whether active or disabled) while performing the
• Service Access Code, asked during the initial setup, to download the app

 

Mandatory or optional nature of providing data and consequences of a possible refusal

The provision of data is optional but is necessary for the provision of the service. The refusal to provide the data does not allow the provision of the service and the use of the app.

 

Processing methods

The processing takes place in electronic format and during the use of the app the personal data is redirected through secure connections to the Teledati web software product. The above data are never definitively saved on the device. The user can delete them at any time using the functions present in the app.

 

Period of storage of personal data

The personal data collected in relation to the methods described above will be stored on the Teledati platform for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 12 months after its termination in backup media only.

 

Purposes of the processing of personal data

The app is used to track performed activities and send them to the Teledati platform. The download of the app is voluntary and at any time the user can uninstall it or modify the permissions and authorizations.

 

Scope of knowledge of your data

The processed data of the app are transmitted to the Teledati software product. The data will be viewable by the Employer according to the authorization profiles assigned by the same within its organization on the above mentioned applications. The service provider is not authorized to view the personal data recorded but only to perform application and system maintenance on the service offered. If there is a need to access your personal data, the supplier will request the authorization from the customer / data processor in advance, who must promptly inform you of the need and on the security measures adopted to protect your data.

 

Territorial scope of treatment

The data provided will be processed in Italy.

 

Rights of interested parties

You may exercise your rights by contacting directly the Data Controller according to the existing service / contractual relationship between you and the Owner, in particular you may request access to personal data concerning you, rectification or cancellation or may request treatment limitation and may oppose the processing. You will also have the right to data portability and if you wish to make a complaint, you may present it to the Data Controller as well as to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
